Are Your Materials dōTERRA Compliant? Why YES they are! All of our materials that are either printed with the dōTERRA Logo or dōTERRA WA logo have gone to the Compliance Department for review & licensing. This is VERY important. You don't want to purchase a banner somewhere, upload your event to dōTERRA and find out that you can't use that banner or printed material because it wasn't approved.
Do You Print Your Own Materials? Yes we do! Well, some of them. We've been printing artwork - canvas, banners, art fabrication - for over 8 years for professional photographers. We have in-house designers too. We print artwork, table signs and banners in-house which saves YOU money. We're not a digital pre-press house, so your business cards & tear sheets are printed at a trade-only shop, which also saves you money. Higher quality at fair prices. What could be better?
Do You Ship Same Day? We are unable to guarantee same-day shipping on standard orders at this time. If you need expedited shipping, you must place your order BEFORE NOON and notate it on your order. You can also follow up via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Most orders do ship within 2-3 business days. Banners/Table runners ship within 4-6 business days.
Can I Return A Diffuser? Sorry, but no. Diffusers are non-refundable because we cannot resell that item. All sales on diffusers are final.
